Artecproma is an architecture and project management studio founded by the technical architect Alberto Cardona Frau.
Alberto Cardona started his professional career working as a site manager for a family building company, where he learnt the knowledge for the execution of constructions.
Afterwards he worked in an architecture office where he learnt everything needed for the execution of projects. In 2008 he started his career on its own as technical architect. During the first years of this new phase he continued collaborating with the family building company and working as a project manager for an important developer in Majorca. Meanwhile, he was developing his professional career by execution director of works, project manager of private houses, making projects of remodeling houses and swimming pools, writing feasibility studies, evaluations of buildings (ITE), occupancy certificates, energy certificates, expert reports and reports on the condition of properties for their subsequent buying and selling, etc.
Once he had gained experience and having an important client portfolio, Alberto Cardona Frau created his own studio with the aim of giving a quality technical service in the fields related to construction and architecture.
